REFERRAL PROGRAM FAQs

What counts as a successful referral?

A referral is confirmed once the business you've introduced places and pays for their first order of 10 or more boxes. They simply need to mention your name when they enquire.

How do I let you know I've made a referral?

CC us on your intro email at hello@cadeaustudios.com, or send us a note directly with the name of the business you've referred. Either works — we'll log it from there.

When will I receive my store credit?

We'll email you a voucher once the referred business's first order is confirmed and paid. This typically happens within a few business days of their order being placed.

Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?

No limit at all. Every qualifying referral earns you credit.

How much credit will I receive?

Credit is based on the referred business's first order size:
• 10–19 boxes → $100 store credit
• 20–49 boxes → $150 store credit
• 50+ boxes → $250 store credit
Orders under 10 boxes do not qualify.

How long is my store credit valid for?

Credit is valid for 12 months from the date it's issued.

Can I use the credit on any order?

Store credit can be applied to your next Cadeau Studios order. Yes, even bulk orders!

What if the business I referred has ordered from Cadeau before?

Referral rewards apply to new business customers only - businesses that haven't previously placed an order with us.
